This robust, fruity red wine develops a full aroma. It is made exclusively from Merlot grapes grown in the valleys of Gozo. Select small family farms carefully harvest the ripe Merlot grapes by hand. The result is an elegant, austere wine full of character and style.

Serve at room temperature and ideally allow it to breathe for an hour.
